Baltimore Orioles starter Jeremy Guthrie beaned Mark Teixeira on the right elbow with a wild pitch in the second inning of the Yankees’ 11-7 victory yesterday. Teixeira threw down his helmet and tromped around before walking off the field with trainer Steve Donohue.
